We thought the whole process of arranging the house was really efficient and on moving in day the house was spotless which made us feel really comfortable to be in there . All parties involved were really kind providing us with multiple services and advice regarding the house throughout the whole year. We have lived with Surrey Student Homes for just under a year and the house was in a great condition after previously being updated last year with a new kitchen, larger upstairs single bedroom and new mattresses. The house is situated in a lovely neighbourhood, with a short 15m walk to the university, local supermarket and round the corner to a few local shops. Neighbours were also very friendly who we had regular conversations with. We moved in and out of the house without any issues.

We were all so impressed with Gurpreet, he is so patient. He guided us from the start to the end from our initial enquiry, he always made time to talk to me, and support whatever decision we made. Gurpreet has been a very approachable and friendly landlord to our student home of 5, and has ensured that our house was well-maintained throughout our tenancy. Any problems we had were fixed within a week (usually in two days), and his maintenance team were always efficient and respectful of our home. The house itself worked very well for our group, with a range of bedroom sizes and a large kitchen. Gurpreet also re-did our bathroom during our tenancy whilst we were on holiday, meaning we came home to a clean and modern bathroom by the time we returned, free of charge.

The rooms provided are very well maintained, spacious, and are in exceptional locations for the rent. I stayed in a spacious 4 bedroom house located on Southway, which was very well connected to the University, Tesco, and the Sports Park. One of the best landlords I have encountered in Guildford. Not only is there genuine care involved for the tenants, but understanding for certain sitautions as well. I stayed in a house on Southway, it was a well equipped property in an optimum location near to Tesco and the Sports Park. If ever anything was required - maintenance/any additional furniture for the house this was brought round quickly and was always very pleasant dealing the landlord.
